The Bright Connections
How I custom built this new website, optimised for google search, reaching page 1 within just 3 weeks
The Bright Connections Contact Centre provides a link between parents and children, helping to maintain or re-establish contact when a parent has left the family home.
Co-founders Natasha and Edson take pride in supporting families, providing a safe, neutral and fun place for contacts, with a child centred approach.
The Challenge
Natasha and Edson's previous employer had limited bandwidth to offer adequate support necessary for families in Essex and surrounding areas.
Understanding how this could negatively impact the children and families involved, they took it upon themselves to establish a child contact centre that could fill the gap.
They needed an easy to manage custom web solution. They also wanted their new website to be listed on Google's search engine so they can be found online.
Their website needed a dedicated information page.
From there, local authorities, solicitors, CAFCASS officials and private clients in need of a place for contact for families could learn how The Bright Connection could assist them.
The centre's location, a contact form to start the referral process, images of the centres facilities, information on the available amenities, and opening times also needed to be featured.
The Solution
After our initially kick-off call we agreed that the website should be custom built with an integrated content management system so they could manage and update the content with ease.
I loved Natasha's passion and vision for the website. She was very engaged and open to suggestions which made for a very collaborative build process.
Once built, I submitted the website to be found on Google and added meta descriptions to each page to optimise search engine results.
The Results
Just 3 weeks after going live, the website ranked on the page one for Google search results for the term "child contact centre essex" and Natasha and Edson began receiving new referral enquires weekly.
Being a new service provider, their website helped to bolster their credibility as a safe and effective service provider and The Bright Connections received an Enhanced NACCC Accreditation, evidence that the contact centre is operating at the highest standard.
We continue to work together to scale the websites functionality as their service and client base grows.
